Privacy
This page explains how NBIT handles the information you share through the website.
What the form collects
The enquiry form asks for your name, suburb, whether you need home or business help, a description of the problem and a phone number or email address. Please don't include passwords, payment information, identity documents or remote access codes.
How NBIT uses your enquiry
NBIT uses your details to respond, assess the support you need and arrange the next step. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where your enquiry is stored
The website saves enquiries in a private WordPress inbox on NBIT's server. When email notifications are enabled, it sends a notification to info@nbitservices.com.au through NBIT's configured email service. Only authorised administrators can access the inbox. The website records the email status so an administrator can retry a failed notification.
Technical information
The website uses limited technical information to maintain security and prevent spam, including temporary records that limit repeated requests. Enquiry text and contact details are not intentionally included in application logs. Authorised content previews may use essential cookies. You don't need an account to use the public website.
Links to other services
Facebook, Google Maps and TeamViewer have their own privacy practices. Phone and email links open the relevant application on your device. Photos are hosted on this website, rather than embedded from a stock photo service.
Access, corrections and deletion
Email info@nbitservices.com.au to ask about information you have supplied, correct it or request deletion. NBIT may need to confirm your identity before acting. Information may be kept when needed to provide support or meet record keeping obligations.
